What do we not buy?

We do not buy faulty or broken items and only purchase items in full working condition, if you wish to recycle it then you need to send to your nearest recycling centre.

We do not buy 35mm film camera or any generic none branded products.

How long will the process take?

The speed of the process is up to you. As soon as we receive it and it has cleared the testing process then we will release your payment using your chosen method and you should receive your payment on the same day if paid by BACS. Cheques will take an extra day to reach you.

What happens if I send the wrong items to you?

We will contact you as soon as possible with a revised offer and if you are not happy it will be returned to you free of charge.

How do I know the condition of my item?

Excellent Condition

  • In full working order.
  • Mint/Like New condition with no visible scratches, marks, dust, dents, paint chip, cracked LCD/body or any missing parts.

Average Condition

  • In full working order with no dents, cracked LCD/body, paint chip or missing parts but with some normal signs of wear and tear which may include light scratching.

Fair Condition

  • In Full working order with no dents, cracked LCD/body, paint chip or missing parts but with heavy signs of wear and tear which may include scratching.

How can I view my orders?

Simply sign into your account, select 'My Sales' and here you will find all of the orders you have made.

How long is the price quoted valid for?

All prices quoted for your items will be valid for 30 days. If however your product does not match the description you gave in your order then a new offer will be sent to you via email.

Do I have to send the Sim card with my tablet?

You do not please remove the Sim card before you send your tablet to us.

What if I can't find my items on your website?

If you cannot find your items on our website it means that your item model is a particular model please feel free to contact us for a quote.

What if I change my mind after you receive my items?

You will need to pay for postage and we will send it back to you.

Do you buy outside UK?

We only accept trades from the UK at present.
